Stairlift Servicing, Maintenance and Repair:
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with one of our products, our engineers are on standby 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
All new products come with a 1-year warranty against defective parts caused by normal use. During this time, all breakdown costs are covered and you can call us out anytime. On new lifts, this is extendable upon request up to 5 years.
Out of Warranty / Service Contract for Stairlifts:
When your warranty expires, you will be given the option to take out our Service Contract, which gives you unlimited free Call-Outs and a reduced labour rate, which is charged in half hour slots. Also included in the cost of this Contract is an Annual Service and Safety Check, where we will thoroughly clean, lubricate and check every system on your machine.
Non Contract Stairlift Repair and Maintenance:
We realize that your Stairlift is indispensable and even if you haven’t bought your lift from us, we will do our best to help you. Most faults can be rectified on site and we keep most spare parts for our Stairlifts in stock so we are able to repair your stairlift and get you up and running again as quickly as possible.
After having a full service it may even be possible to put your lift on a Maintenance Contract, for your peace of mind, should you require our assistance in the future.
