We pride our self on our service, which we believe is the best you will find anywhere.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with one of our products, our engineers are on standby 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
All new products come with a 1-year warranty against defective parts caused by normal use, after which you will be given the option to take out our Service Contract, which gives you unlimited free Call-Outs and a reduced labour rate, which is charged in half hour slots. Also included in the cost of this Contract is an Annual Service, where we will thoroughly clean and check every system on your machine.
Even if you haven't bought your lift from us, we will do our best to help you . After having a full service it may even be possible to put your lift on a Maintenance Contract, for your peace of mind, should you require our assistance in the future. |
